Our Rates & Payment Terms


  • We offer a very competitive rate which varies depending on the nature of the task.  Please contact us for a quotation 
  • For new clients, 50 % deposit is required prior to commencement of work based on an estimate of the total cost, followed by instalments and balance 7 days after completion
  • Our normal payment terms are strictly 7 days 
  • A minimum of 1 hour is chargeable and thereafter is charged in 15 minute increments
  • We can offer our clients a retainer whereby we can guarantee our VA's will be available for a certain number of hours per week/month and a reduced hourly rate can be negotiated for this*   
  • Additional expenses ie travel, postage, stationery, telephone calls will be charged separately and invoiced as disbursements
  • Virtual Business is not GST/VAT registered, therefore this does not apply

* A contract may need to be signed for this type of service.

Payment Terms

  • Payment balance is required within 7 days of date of invoice
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, money order, cheque or PayPal (international clients)
  • Other payment methods may be available on request

Terms & Conditions

Virtual Business Support endeavour to produce all assignments to the highest standard; however it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the final document or work is to their satisfaction and error free before being sent to any other third party.  Any errors are corrected free of charge.
